He gathered around himself many leading mid\u201120th\u2011century artists, both local and from other regions. Several of them left artistic traces on the amphora, painting small sections as a testament to their friendship with Giancamillo, a true cultural navigator of Pescara at the time. In Pescara he worked primarily as a puppeteer, creating large\u2011scale works inspired by 19th\u2011century Sicilian puppet theater. His creations stood out for quality and originality, earning him participation in major national and international exhibitions in Ancona, Turin, Chicago, Caracas, and Toronto.
